It is with pleasure that I participate in the yoga sessions of FitnFab Fitness for 1 month now. I'm already seeing the benefits of these sessions on my weekly running sessions.I just can't wait to progress further (who knows, maybe I'll end up running full marathons very soon as I'm running half marathons for the moment)!Small precision and not the least: I do my sessions by zoom, the others being physically in Kuwait.December 11, 2022.It's now been 3 months since I started my yoga sessions, twice 1 hour per week on average.I can only thank for these invigorating sessions.There is no doubt that the practice of yoga has allowed me to improve my running performance.  I have just achieved my best performance on a half-marathon and this, after 4 weekends of interruption.

If you are looking for fitness, tranquility, and personalized service, look no further than Fit-n-Fab, Aqeel bhai is a brilliant & best yoga instructor he provided the whole yoga asana training to help to connect body/mind conditioning and emotional release, Body was definitely definitely feeling it the next couple days, but at least I was able to get a good stretch in places I never imagined reaching & regained my stamina, balance and flexibility. Looking forward to more sessions to discover body and mind connect.

People mostly like that a yoga class will have only asanas/ stretching and breathing exercises. But at FitnFab, it's holistic Fitness routine. 30-40 mins of discipled yoga practice followed by 15 mins of strength/ Agility/ Cardio/ Core, where we run, shuffle, jump and roll over different obstacles which gets the heart racing. This follows a 10 min calming and meditation practice to relax and rejuvenate the fatigued muscles.

The body and mind are now ready to dave the battles of the day. Once you join FitnFab, you are hooked for life.
